  • Hybrid Working from home, from our office in Potsdam or in other European countries.
  • Home office: We make sure that you are well equipped at home.

  • With the help of peer reviews, we work together to design your personal learning journey and identify development paths. Would you like to take part in a conference or training course? You're welcome. Share your acquired knowledge with the team.
  • Team events: once a month we meet after work for a joint activity.

In the first call, you'll find out the most important framework conditions and we'll see if the vibe fits​.

Skill Interview

Now you will get to know your colleagues with whom you will work most closely. In this step, we want to evaluate whether your skills and experience can contribute to the challenges of score4more.

Culture Interview

Collaborative working, an impact mindset and a sense of ownership are important to us. In this step you will learn more about our values and principles and we will check whether these resonate with each other.

Coffee Chat
