What counts as an SME, Large, or Corporate?
SME: fewer than 250 employees. Large: 250 to 1,000 employees. Corporate: over 1,000 employees. Company size determines the price tier for PRO and ENTERPRISE plans.
What's the difference between yearly and monthly billing?
Yearly billing is invoiced once per year with a 12-month minimum term, cancellable annually. Monthly billing runs month-to-month with a 3-months minimum, invoiced monthly. Yearly pricing is significantly lower.
Can I start with BASIS and upgrade later?
Yes — your profile data carries over automatically. You can upgrade to PRO at any time to unlock scoring, benchmarking, and steering priorities without re-entering any data.
Who can participate in ecosystems like DNP or ESA?
All companies — including BASIS users — can participate in the European Sustainability Award and German Sustainability Award through their score4more profile.
How does ENTERPRISE pricing work?
Enterprise pricing starts from €2,290 / month (SME, yearly) and scales by company size. Custom pricing is available for individual company needs, associations, large networks, and white-label use cases — request a proposal.
