Platform usage is governed by the score4more Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
What type of contract is concluded when I register at score4more?
You use the score4more platform and services to register and create an account. As with other online platforms, the legal basis is regulated by score4more’s General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, e.g. the technical availability of the services or due diligence and data protection issues.
Can we work with multiple users on a team?
We have problems registering or logging in. What should we do?
What does the Pro package cost?

How can we delete our score4more account?
If you wish to delete your score4more account, please send an informal email to [email protected] stating the company name and the email address with which the account was created. We will verify your request and confirm the deletion once it has been completed. After an account deletion, all data including the sustainability profile and possible scoring and benchmarking results will be deleted.

Solution Profile
What is the solution profile?
What is the objective of the solution profile?
What content is presented in the solution profile?
The solution profile includes a title, an image, the summary (abstract) and the selection of the relevant transformation fields as central components. You can define up to three transformation fields.
Besides further information are added consisting of solution details, impact, objectives, narrative as well as additional optional resources and contact details for the solution.

What are transformation fields in the solution profile?
Transformation fields are derived from the United Nations 2030 Agenda, the objectives of the EU Green Deal along the CSRD/ESRS/VSME and the German government’s sustainability strategy. They form the categories for the solution profiles on score4more and are determined independently of the industry to which the companies belong. The transformation fields are (with reference to related ESRS topics):
– Climate (in particular climate protection and climate adaptation; E1),
– Resources (esp. circular economy and water; E5/E3),
– Nature (esp. pollutants and biodiversity; E2/E4),
– Work (esp. employees and suppliers; S1/S2) and
– Society (esp. communities and end-consumers; S3/S4)
In the solution profile, you select the field(s), where your solution as main sustainability impact.
